Louis XIII, The most expensive pizza in the world is known to have been created by Renato Viola, a master pizza chef, in Italy. The pizza was initially created for two people and was just 20 cm. The crust is prepared 72 hours in advance and the whole thing is served with a bottle of Remy Martin Louis XIII cognac. Most of the ingredients for the pizza are sourced from France and Italy. It is made of ingredients like three types of caviar – Oscietra Royal Prestige, Kaspia Oscietra Royal Classic from the Iranian coast, and Kaspia Beluga. Besides the caviar, the pizza also features a very expensive lobster that has been shipped from Norway, along with seven types of cheese

It is served in a Baccarat crystal goblet worth US$ 350 with an 18k gold spoon. It is made using high-quality ingredients that include chocolate from Tuscany, vanilla beans from Madagascar and candied fruit from Paris. Its cone comes with gelato and is topped with caramelized pecans. It also includes white chocolate truffles, a raspberry macaron, fruit-filled pipettes, edible diamonds, and gold leaf.

The dessert features a stilt fisherman that is handmade from chocolate. The base of it is an Italian cassata, flavoured with Baileys Irish Cream. It is beautifully served with a mango and pomegranate compote and a Champagne sabayon sauce and is adorned with gold leaf.
